Bio: A native of Prague, Viktor served with the French East India Company, trying to enforce France's claim to India from 1749 until the Battle of Plassey in 1756. It took him nearly four decades, but he ended up as a member of the Ordo Dracul, operating in Prague, Russia, and Germany at different times. He's most recently spent a few years in Seattle with the Corp, but is now in DC for a change of scenery.
