Return to the Merits page Prerequisite: Occult ••, Crafts •• Effect: Character can create limited use mystical items. Doing so should be time-consuming, expensive and dangerous. This requires obtaining appropriate materials, and any other preparation (usually a Dex + crafts or Manipulation + Expression roll depending on circumstances). Once the object is prepared, a ritual must be performed. (extended Resolve+Occult) with a number of successes need equal to 5 times the relic's rating, based on the formula given under the Relic merit. The player may only make a number of rolls equal to their Resolve + Occult, and each roll takes an hour. |
