Expectations For the Team:

• Hiring and placement - Team is responsible for hiring new employees, and finding team placement for them
• Conflict Mediation - Help resolve conflict between employees.
• Perform Evaluations - Evaluate fellow employees on their performance.
• Employee Integration - Assist new employees with meeting Clan Prisci, Covenant heads, Team Lead, Division Head, in locating appropriate Haven, etc.
• Exit Interviews - Interviewing employees whose employment has been terminated to insure similar situations don't reoccur.
• Provide support services - provide services for other employees including computers, medicine and maintenance
