Entry Form 10-N4B This form is to make Human & Kindred Resources a larger aspect of the corporation, and give new characters a good entry point, and some direction. This will also be used to help get new characters placed with a team, and introduced at their first game.

Transfer Request Form 10Z-T9B This form is to inform H&KR aware that you would like to be transfered to a new team. Approval from the Team Lead of H&R, your current team and your requested new team are required.

Project Proposal Form TH-829 This form is to propose a new project for the corporation to the Project Manager and Controller.

Recommendation Form 5-Z13 This form is to recommend a fellow employees performance to Management.

Complaint Form 5-Z12 This form is to file a complaint against a fellow employee to H&KR

New Hire Request Form XI-666 This form is to request a new position to open on your team. Only Team Leads can file Form XI-666

New Team Request Form 22C-N5Z This is the form to request the formation of a new team. Non-Management can request the formation of a new team, but if they currently belong to a team, this will result in any, and all, proposed members of the team being removed from their current team. As a result, all members who wish to join a team requested under this form should fill out Form 10Z-T9B.
